Dear Returning HCA families...
Below is the application process that you will follow
to enroll your students in HCA for the 2022-2023 School Year
  1. Complete the Family Application (below) and submit your $100 non-refundable Family Application Fee.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from us with 48 hours, confirming your application status and inviting you to submit your non-refundable Student Registration Fee ($250 per child).
  3. Upon submission of your Registration Fee, enrollment is retained for your child for the 2022-2023 School Year and you will be sent a Family Enrollment Contract and Tuition Payment Plan work sheet.
  4. Complete our Family Enrollment Contract and Tuition Payment Plan (mailed out after Student Registration completed). Upon receipt of your contract and tuition worksheet, your child is guaranteed placement.
A few notes to consider...
  • ​If you wish to switch programs, please enroll for your CURRENT program, then contact us to confirm availability.

  • Upon announcing enrollment for next year, we received an overwhelming response and we do anticipate filling all seats. We encourage you to take advantage of Priority Enrollment and complete your application and submit your deposit prior to December 10, 2021, when we offer remaining seats to our Waiting List Families.
