HMH + SCHOOL LUNCHES - AN UPDATE!
Heritage Meeting House is officially open with our full menu!
We are finalizing mobil ordering and the school lunch ordering portal this week, so stay tuned for ordering info in Band, but we're hoping to roll that out for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday!
Additionally, all HCA families receive 10% off of your order, so make sure to let the barista's know that you're with HCA!
We will currently be open from 7:30am-5pm this week, so stop in before or after school!
PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
We are finalizing our schedule for Parent/Teacher Conferences, and registration will close tomorrow (Monday) at noon for BOTH programs. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you are not able to attend.
TO REGISTER:
Please plan on a 15 minute meeting. We know this is a short window of time, but we consider this just the START of the conversation and an early touch point to develop plans throughout the year.
BOOK YOUR PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE
BAND
If you have not joined the HCA Family Band or your child's class Band, you are missing pertinent announcements and information. It is ABSOLUTELY necessary for you to join, as the time sensitive information (class projects, field trips, homework, etc) is announced in that space. Please check the pinned posts at the top of the Family Band for your child's Class band link.
SCHOOL PICTURES
Mark your calendar for October 22 + 23 for HCA School Pictures! This will be a non-uniform day and more information will be coming soon!
PRAYER
We are going to be talking a lot about prayer this year in chapel, and so we'd like to extend an invitation! If your family (or at least one spouse) is in full-time ministry or full-time non-profit work, could you please email me? We'll be praying for each of you in our chapel services this year, and we would love to connect! Additionally, we'll be reaching out to local churches and minstries about their prayer needs. STUDENT INFO SHEETS AND CONTRACTS
If you haven't completed your Student Information Sheets (and any other paperwork for this coming year) it is IMPERATIVE that it be completed THIS WEEK. The link for the paperwork was emailed to you at enrollment (search your email for "Save this email"). Inside these sheets are, among other things, medical and emergency information for your child, and we MUST have that on file, for their safety.
If you are unable to located that link, please email the office (office@heritagechristianacademy.net) immediately.
